WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because our items are made to order, there are no returns accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us directly.

WHY DOESN'T GJC OFFER SHIPPING?

We currently do not offer shipping.  As our business grows, shipping may become an option.  

HOW DOES GJC SUPPORT THEIR COMMUNITY?

10% of all sales are donated to our community by way of North Texas Food Bank. 

WHAT TYPES OF INGREDIENTS ARE USED TO CRAFT THE JAMS?

As often as possible, we use locally grown, fresh products.  We are committed to quality products that help us craft delicious jams and butters.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

One of two ways:

1.  If your order is less than $100, George Jam Company offers contactless porch pickup in Highland Village, TX.   You will receive an informational "Order is Ready for Pickup" email within 3-4 business days of your purchase.  Then, you will pick up your jam order ONLY at our contactless cooler at the address sent in your informational email. 

2.  If your order is more than $100, we will happily deliver it to you within 30 miles of Highland Village, TX.  You will receive an informational "Order is Ready for Delivery" email within 3-4 business days of your purchase.  We will confirm your the location and time of delivery via email.
